Thanks to everyone who came. About 225 people attended, almost double the size of the first event. Nearly everyone commented about how perfect the new venue was. Together with the music, great weather, great food, olive oil and wine tasting it was the perfect recipe for some good old-fashioned ham radio fun!

Over 120 people attended the big swap meet on Saturday. Buyers were taken to the swap area by a courtesty shuttle. Seller spaces were provided free of charge, followed by a free lunch.

Chatter on the radio is that it was the best swap meet many people have ever attended.

Every available space was filled with one of the deepest and widest selections of ham equipment west of Dayton.

Bob DeMarco, owner of Top Quality Insulation in Valley Springs donated the raffle grand prize, a Traeger Texas Smoker BBQ valued at $1200.

To everyone who came, thanks for making this a great event! -- Bob, W6OZI
