Click on the Getting Started icon in the Category section.

Fill in these settings:

Real Name:
Name in "From" field of outgoing email


Return Address:
Your Volcano email address

Mail server (Incoming):
pop.volcano.net

Login Name:
Your Volcano email address

SMTP Server (Outgoing):
mail.volcano.net

Check the box "Allow authentication"

All other default settings should work ok.
